1. What audiovisual equipment will be available for my presentation?
* on-line conference: No required !, only power point materials in wep page.

* cite conference: Overhead Projector (OP), Data Projector (LCD),
PC (Personal Computer with Windows XP and MS Power Point), Flip Chart,
and Laser Pointer, etc.,
will exist in every conference room.

2. I use different word processor (LaTeX for example), how can I achieve your requirements for the submission of the paper?
You must regulate your own word processor in order to have the same printing result as the result that we wish. More details at the conference Web page (see Instructions).
You will upload this .ps file via the conference web page. This is beacuse, we do not accept directly LaTeX files, but indirectly as PostScript (.ps) and MS-word (.doc) files.

3. What is the maximum number of pages in every paper?
12 pages. Extra pages will be allowed, but they will be charged at an extra fee.

4. I wish to organize a new conference, what must I do?

5. Do I have to present my paper in order to receive the luxurious Journal of GESTS International Editions with my paper(s)?
Yes. Registration of the paper and attendance are necessary in order to receive the afore mentioned material. In case of your absence (while you have been registered), you can receive the luxurious Book by GESTS Press International Editions by post at an extra fee of US $50.

6. How long does the presentation of a paper lasts?
* on-line conference: presentation with power point materials and an abstract with 150 words.

* cite conference: 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions-discussion).
Plenary Lectures and Tutorials last more.

7. I need financial support to one of the future GESTS conferences. What must I do?
The conference must take place 3 months later from the time that you will send us by email your request.


8. I wish to organize a special session, what must I do?
Contact GESTS first to receive the approval for this session.

If GESTS approves your proposal, you have to create a "Call For Papers" for your session Write clearly the TITLES and the TOPICS of your SPECIAL SESSION and the Scientific Committee (3 members only) of your SPECIAL SESSION. Collect and review the papers of your session and then upload them via the web site of the particular conference OR tell the authors to upload them. In any case, you or the authors must fill in the form the NAME of the session organizer and the exact TITLE of the Special Session. This is the only way to group these papers to the particular special session.
